The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p><p>&nbsp;<br><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong><br>&nbsp;Must have high school diploma or GED</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERTISE:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have technical field experience in completing Security installation/service work</li><li>All team members must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics or other confined spaces, push/pull and lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Must be self-motivated and professionally efficient when unsupervised</li><li>Must possess the aptitude to learn new technologies</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITY FOR FUNDS, PROPERTY and EQUIPMENT</strong><br>&nbsp;Responsible for company vehicle and equipment, which includes but is not limited to iPad and cell phone and customer property. Employee is required to track usage of equipment and will participate in regular inventory checks.</p><p><br><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>None.</strong><strong><br>&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;<br><strong>COMMUNICATION SKILLS</strong><br>&nbsp;Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</strong><br>&nbsp;Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Potentially required to crawl in attics or small spaces. Must be able to handle temperature changes when working in inside buildings (basements and attics) and outdoors. Must be able to move, transport, position and install or remove equipment in weight of up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Position requires driving company vehicle on roads and highways, with multiple stops, in all weather conditions.
