You are expected to work 25-30 hours per week which includes evenings and weekends.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist all customers with the rental return process.</li>\n <li>Effectively resolve all customer service issues.</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicles upon rental return; neatly and accurately document information (mileage, fuel level, damages).</li>\n <li>Advise and review rental charges, and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.</li>\n <li>Assist other employees in keeping lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service exceeds the expectation of the customer.</li>\n <li>Positively represent the Company to all vendors and the general public.</li>\n <li>Ensures the security of company assets.</li>\n <li>Keeps work area clean and orderly. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Immediately reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the lead agent and/or manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid Canadian <strong>Class 5 </strong>driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.  No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work the following schedule: This position is a Part Time Temporary position from May 1st, 2026 until October 31st, 2026.
