This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll set and maintain the highest standards of coffee quality, while fostering a positive team culture that reflects the Allpress brand.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As the Head Barista, you’ll act as the coffee lead within the venue; driving quality and consistency across every shift, supporting barista development, and playing a key leadership role on the floor.
