    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities: </span>The storeroom team member is responsible for the safe organization of inventory stores and for supporting the facility's purchasing needs.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong, safety-first leadership</li>\n<li>Receive, verify and unload material deliveries</li>\n<li>Notify and/or deliver materials to the customer</li>\n<li>Scan/file receiving paperwork</li>\n<li>Maintain a current forklift and extend-a-boom certification along with a safe operating record</li>\n<li>Maintain organization and proper labeling of spare part shelves in storerooms</li>\n<li>Coordinate orders and deliveries for site operational supplies, VMI, PPE, fuels, lubes, gases and consumables</li>\n<li>Coordinate outbound shipment, repair, and return of assets for the facility</li>\n<li>Ensure vendors are compliant with PPE requirements when on site</li>\n<li>Resolve blocked invoices for storeroom purchases</li>\n<li>Quarterly cycle counts of spare parts and monthly cycle counts of critical spares</li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve inventory shrinkage and growth</li>\n<li>Perform work order shelf audits on a weekly basis in targeted areas</li>\n<li>Complete inventory/warehouse improvement projects as needed</li>\n<li>Travel to other company facilities, company trainings and/or meetings may be required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Experience:</span> A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entry-level position</li>\n<li>Understand commonly used business concepts, practices, and procedures</li>\n<li>Computer proficiency</li>\n<li>Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Prior receiving and/or storeroom experience, preferred</li>\n<li>Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Skills:</span> Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, positive approach to safety for him/herself and others</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to develop others</li>\n<li>Detail orientation</li>\n<li>Self-motivation</li>\n<li>Organized</li>\n<li>Prioritization skills</li>\n<li>Sense of urgency</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br>Some of the benefits our team members enjoy include the following:<br>•    Healthcare-  Legacy Health &amp; Wellness and Legacy Pharmacy<br>•    Wellness Program<br>•    Flexible Spending Account<br>•    Additional Insurance<br>•    Paid Time Off<br>•    Retirement<br>•    Chaplaincy Services<br>•    Education<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About RoyOMartin</span></p>\n<p>At RoyOMartin, people are our number-one asset.
