Uses hand tools and power tools in making repairs to maintain equipment.</p><p>6. The ability to work with outside contractors to attain results.</p><p>7. Participates in building coverage by working evenings and Saturday rotation as required.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>1. The skills and knowledge required would   generally be obtained with previous experience in building cleaning and   maintenance work</p><p>2. Ability to apply knowledge to carry out   detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions</p><p>3. Ten years’ experience (or equivalent   knowledge)</p><p>4. Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose   complicated machine problems, including 3 & 5-axis CNC controls and   machining centers.</p><p>5. The ability to tear down servos and   troubleshoot electrical components.</p><p>6. Must be able to repair and rebuild   mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and equipment.</p><p>7. Must be able to use precision measurement   instruments.</p><p>8. The ability Use precision measurement   instruments.</p><p>9. Able to set up preventive maintenance   schedules for equipment.</p><p>10. Ability to relate to officials, staff and   public in a courteous manner.</p><p>11.
