Actively engage in the development &amp; training of hourly labor.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills. Utilizes mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems, utilities, buildings and grounds.</li><li>Collaborates with other facility management to utilize equipment to improve employee safety, production quality, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness.</li><li>Ensures corporate policies and standards are followed in the execution of daily activities.</li><li>Work with Maintenance Manager to establish preventive maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs to minimize down time.</li><li>Maintain documentation and identify cost saving ideas.</li><li>Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis.</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>High School Diploma/GED with years of OJT</li><li>Technical Certification</li><li>2-3 years’ experience developing a team.</li><li>Troubleshooting/problem solving experience.</li><li>Excellent leadership ability</li><li>Mechanical, electrical, leadership</li><li>Job Hazard Analysis and safety compliance</li><li>Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, email, etc.)</li><li>Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills</li><li>Ability to train others.</li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><ul><li>Prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, walking, and reaching daily.</li><li>Requires a full range of physical motion in order to operate manual and electrically powered tools and electrical test equipment.
