Position Summary As the Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor, you will own the performance of both the maintenance and facility functions—ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring strong responsiveness to production, proactive issue identification, and disciplined execution.
