          "text": "<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>Clinical Support</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare patients for examination, including rooming, and documenting chief complaints, intake.</li><li>Assist the provider during examinations and procedures as needed.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation support within the EMR (e.g., eDerm).</li><li>Maintain clean and organized treatment areas at each facility.</li><li>Assist with specimen handling and proper labeling per protocol.</li><li>Support patient education as directed by the provider.</li></ul><p><strong>Patient Intake &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Complete patient intake, including verification of demographics, insurance (if applicable), medical history, medications, and allergies.</li><li>Accurately document patient information, visit notes, and updates in the EMR in real-time or as directed.</li><li>Assist the provider with additional charting, including entering visit details, procedures, and follow-up instructions.</li><li>Ensure charts are complete, accurate, and ready for provider review and sign-off.</li><li>Maintain compliance with documentation standards and clinical protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Patient Flow &amp; Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and escort patients from facility staff or waiting areas when needed.</li><li>Coordinate with facility staff to ensure patients are ready and available for scheduled visits.</li><li>Assist in managing patient flow to maintain provider efficiency.</li><li>Communicate any delays, no-shows, or scheduling issues to the appropriate team.</li></ul><p><strong>Mobile &amp; Travel Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Travel with the provider to multiple facilities in a single day, as scheduled.</li><li>Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up clinical supplies and equipment.</li><li>Ensure all necessary materials are available for each location.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively at all facilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with verifying patient information and documentation completeness.</li><li>Support coordination of follow-up care instructions as directed.</li></ul><p>Communicate with internal teams (PCCs, CRCs, Account Managers) regarding patient or scheduling needs.</p>",
