Union Manufacturing facility, our highest-volume production site. This role is critical to ensuring reliable, efficient, and safe operation of all manufacturing equipment across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n    <div>\n     <p>As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies, manage machinery control systems, and support capital improvement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and R&amp;D Engineering teams to address operational challenges and drive improvements in equipment performance, reliability, and safety. This is a key role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n     <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES</p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Maintaining and ensuring efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment at the Mt. Union facility</li>\n      <li>Manage and maintain machinery computer control systems</li>\n      <li>Creating and continuously developing preventive maintenance programs to ensure performance and durability of the facility equipment</li>\n      <li>Direct maintenance department in providing maintenance and fabrication support throughout the facility.</li>\n      <li>Strong aptitude and creativity for equipment troubleshooting</li>\n      <li>Participate in capital budget discussions related to facility maintenance and improvements</li>\n      <li>Assign tasks and duties to maintenance team to minimize downtime related to repairs/maintenance</li>\n      <li>Capability to manage multiple contractors on projects while ensuring all parties follow HSE policies and facility safety regulations</li>\n      <li>Ensure efficient operation of all electrical equipment</li>\n      <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n      <li>Coordinate and manage activities concerned with technical developments.</li>\n      <li>Provide information used in preparation of technical procedures for tooling</li>\n      <li>Work with Quality Assurance and R&amp;D Engineering to provide support on opportunities or issues</li>\n      <li>Interface with R&amp;D Engineering to schedule and monitor necessary testing and development support</li>\n      <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related discipline</li>\n      <li>At least 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.</li>\n      <li>Possess a high-level of technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering, design, and product performance issues</li>\n      <li>Project management experience a plus</li>\n      <li>Familiar with testing, maintaining and repairing, pneumatic and mechanical systems and components</li>\n      <li>Demonstrate safe and proficient use of shop tools (both hand and power)</li>\n      <li>Self-starter yet able to follow instructions as directed, working with minimal supervision</li>\n      <li>Proficient verbal, written and analytical skills</li>\n     </ul>\n    </div>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
