Support providers, nurses, and medical assistants with daily patient care activities</p><p>2. Prepare and clean exam rooms; ensure rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment</p><p>3. Escort patients to and from exam rooms and assist with patient flow</p><p>4. Obtain and document basic vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure) as directed</p><p>5. Assist with patient intake, including updating demographic and medical information in the electronic health record (EHR)</p><p>6. Perform basic medical procedures (such as administering EKGs), with appropriate training</p><p>7. Assist with basic lab procedures, specimen handling, or point-of-care testing under supervision</p><p>8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical and common areas</p><p>9. Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols (including HIPAA compliance)</p><p>10. Support care team coordination by preparing materials for patient visits and follow-ups</p>",
