    "description": "<h2>Min</h2>USD $55,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $60,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>SCOPE OF ROLE</strong>: </p>\n<p>The Unit Leader will provide oversight to work units and supervise quality support services, ensuring that members receive the necessary degree of support to facilitate reaching their indicated goals.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Support the established Work Ordered Day within units</li>\n  <li>Engage clubhouse members in the kitchen, maintenance and clerical units, including working alongside members to execute tasks.</li>\n  <li>Be able to cook, complete job development and teach computer skills</li>\n  <li>Facilitate and participate in the day- to- day activities of an assigned unit on a rotating basis, with the emphasis on promoting consumer empowerment</li>\n  <li>Provides assistance, training, monitoring, and direction of members’ chosen unit activities, and other program related activities.</li>\n  <li>Make programming available in such a manner as to model mainstream community e.g. Celebrate holidays on the actual holiday.  Provide recreation and leisure, etc.</li>\n  <li>Accompany members on various group outings and social events.</li>\n  <li>Ensure that the assigned unit logbook is current and contains group notes, attendance sheets and monthly unit schedules.</li>\n  <li>Assist in facilitating groups as needed in the program on a day-to-day basis.</li>\n  <li>Supports Generalists as needed to develop individualized service plans that reflect members interests and expressed personal goals</li>\n  <li>Ensure that the members receive the necessary degree of support to facilitate reaching their indicated goals.</li>\n  <li>Coordinate, supervise and maintain member case records. Encourage and inspire members to work or attend school/training</li>\n  <li>Provide day to day supervision to generalists to support Clubhouse day to day operations</li>\n  <li>Other duties as assigned </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><em>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE </em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. High school diploma/equivalency required.  </li>\n <li>Minimum of one-year experience in Clubhouse, Case Management or similar role.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to utilize various computer programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel preferred</li>\n <li>A respect for, and high level of comfort around people experiencing psychiatric crisis preferred</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills including empathic listening, responding preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ICCD standards preferred</li>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Join a team of employees who cares about the wellbeing of others.
