At Ciocca Collision of Williamsport, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><p>· Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train</p><p>· ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred)</p><p>· Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve</p><p>· Valid driver's license and clean driving record</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p>· Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.</p><p>· Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).</p><p>· Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><p>· Hourly flat rate pay</p><p>· Full Time</p><p>· PTO and holidays</p><p>· 401(K) retirement plan with company matching</p><p>· The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</p><p>· Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</p><p>· Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</p><p><br></p><p>At Ciocca Collision of Williamsport, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
