The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, move, and distribute materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operate Loader Machinery</strong>: Safely and efficiently operate loaders and other heavy equipment to move and load materials as required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Material Handling</strong>: Transport materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and other aggregates to designated areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance:</strong> Perform routine checks and maintenance on the loader and related equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety Protocols</strong>: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in safety training sessions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate records of materials moved, machine usage, and any incidents or observations related to equipment and work areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Coordination: </strong>Work closely with other team members, site managers, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compliance</strong>: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operate</strong>: Front End Loader, Forklift </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Openness to cross train in different roles as needed.   </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong> Valid operator's license and relevant certifications (MSHA) preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficient in the operation and control of heavy machinery. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Fitness</strong>: Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50lbs, carrying, and operating machinery for extended periods.</p>\n<p><strong>Safety-Oriented: </strong>Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Ability to operate equipment precisely and carefully to avoid accidents and maintain productivity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Communication</strong>: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
