    "description": "<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>RS&H is currently seeking an experienced licensed architect to join our team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by defining structural or project elements and processes to meet client needs; participating in and coordinating estimates and proposal/bid preparations; ensuring performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and other disciplines; planning and developing architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities; participating in the conceptual design and providing full support through the entire project; coordinating with project management, other architects, and leadership on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies; promoting and maintaining client relationships through all project phases and serving as a firm ambassador in helping to win new work; developing and representing lead technical viewpoint on projects and serving as a SME on specialized systems; reviewing junior staff's work for technical accuracy and providing technical guidance to other professionals and technicians; and performing quality control reviews, field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects. This position may also lead a multidisciplinary team to complete projects and/or manage a small team of direct reports.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you must:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Have 10-years' experience, including working on parts of major projects or multiple, moderate-sized projects, providing technical guidance to entry/junior-level staff, reviewing others' work for technical accuracy, and participating in the design and implementation of new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that had great impact on the achievement of functional results.</li>\n <li>Possess an active license in good standing and demonstrate knowledge of state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant ordinances.</li>\n <li>Be proficient in production software and construction document production.</li>\n <li>Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.</li>\n <li>Have proven ability successfully addressing challenging issues in a sound professional and business-like manner. </li>\n <li>Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Due to federal contract requirements, this position is limited to candidates who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you, and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.</p>\n<p>#LI-RM2</p>\n<p><strong><em>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
