OCHIN is excited to support our continued national expansion and the increasing demand for our innovative tools and services by welcoming new talent to our growing team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The <strong>Business Intelligence Analyst</strong> designs, develops, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots reports in Epic across a broad platform of Business Intelligence tools. This role supports the full lifecycle of projects, particularly the requirements definitions, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing phases of projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the execution of full reporting lifecycle; from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Complete work towards closing tickets, including triage, research, and communication with internal and external members.</li><li>Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems.</li><li>Lead and drive requirement gathering meetings with experts in a variety of fields; defining systems scope and objectives of business requirements, including documentation of requirements (i.e. use cases) and relevant translation into system requirement specifications.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
