Position Overview: The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots reports in Epic across a broad platform of Business Intelligence tools. This role supports the full lifecycle of projects, particularly the requirements definitions, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing phases of projects. Essential Functions: Responsible for the execution of full reporting lifecycle; from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Complete work towards closing tickets, including triage, research, and communication with internal and external members. Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems. Lead and drive requirement gathering meetings with experts in a variety of fields; defining systems scope and objectives of business requirements, including documentation of requirements (i.e. use cases) and relevant translation into system requirement specifications. Other duties as assigned.
