This position focuses on the installation of key components—such as decks, liners, consoles, leaning posts, and other fabricated parts. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a team that delivers excellence, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble and install structural and cosmetic components of our boats</li><li>Use a variety of hand and power tools including tape measures, razor knives, screw guns, drills, and ratchets</li><li>Identify and correct defects, ensuring all work meets Freeman’s quality standards</li><li>Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals</li><li>Perform fiberglass grinding and cutting to fit parts as needed</li><li>Assist with minor lamination work&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in assembly or hands-on mechanical work preferred</li><li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance</li><li>Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (may include sun exposure)</li><li>Able to climb stairs, ladders, and ramps to safely access boats and equipment</li><li>Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay on task</li><li>Experience using hand tools and following written/verbal instructions</li><li>Strong safety awareness and willingness to wear PPE (eye/ear protection, gloves, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to stand, walk, lift, kneel, and bend for extended periods</li><li>Must be able to work a 10-hour shift or longer, including overtime when needed</li><li>Exposure to loud noise, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and fiberglass dust is common</li><li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Great benefits—medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more!</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>A people-focused workspace with an emphasis on team collaboration and industry innovation</li></ul><p>Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
