    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p>The Director of Vertical Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and financial performance of ITL&rsquo;s building and vertical infrastructure projects. This includes renovation, construction, and structural upgrades primarily for federal clients and select commercial customers. The Director is responsible for operational leadership of ITL&rsquo;s vertical construction business line, including project execution, financial performance, customer relationships, and internal coordination. This role directly supports ITL&rsquo;s growth objectives by ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
