Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in line with BACB guidelines and school policies
Responsibilities
Deliver direct ABA services to students, following individualized treatment plans
Collect, graph, and analyze data to inform supervisory decisions
Implement prompting strategies, reinforcement schedules, and errorless learning techniques

Prior experience working with children or in pediatric ABA settings preferred
Familiarity with DTT, NET, prompting strategies, data collection, and basic ABA principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with families, teachers, and other professionals
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience serving Spanish-speaking families is a plus
Commitment to ExcelPrep’s mission and a passion for meaningful learning outcomes
