In this role, you will play an important part in delivering high quality and commercially astute legal advice to a diverse client base across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Your work will include advising on <span>domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, complex commercial contracts and shareholder/joint venture arrangements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>From the outset, you will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to complex client solutions while also managing your own workstreams with increasing autonomy. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and play a key role in delivering practical, client focused outcomes that reflect both legal excellence and commercial insight.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<p>You are admitted to practise in New Zealand and bring at least three years of post qualification experience within a corporate or commercial legal team. You have strong drafting skills and are confident working both independently and collaboratively, delivering high quality work that meets client expectations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You take a commercially pragmatic approach to legal advice and are able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
