Enforce accountability for safety, quality, and productivity at all sites. Establish consistent expectations and standards across traveling crews. Operational Execution Interpret drawings, specifications, and labor plans to direct field installations. Ensure work is executed per project requirements, NEC, and Hays Electrical standards. Track crew hours daily and report production to the Superintendent using Hays labor codes. Identify obstacles impacting schedule or productivity and escalate issues with proper documentation. Participate in lookahead planning and provide input on manpower needs and crew mobilization.
