Description
Athens Orthopedic is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to be assigned to our ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Athens.
Hours of operation are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours may be required based on surgical volume.
Position Summary: The Central Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment used in orthopedic procedures. This role ensures all instruments are processed in accordance with infection control standards to support safe, efficient surgical operations.
