Energy Services is a senior technical role supporting wireline and oilfield service applications across testing, data management, and cross-functional execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, this position is responsible for overseeing all wireline applications testing, maintaining and improving technical data management practices, acting as the technical bridge between engineering, operations, R&amp;D, and commercial teams, and implementing standards that ensure data integrity and service quality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working with the team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of new technology solutions</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applications Testing (Wireline and Field-Focused)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical client facing support for the development/design/validation of any tests</li>\n<li>The development of test programs</li>\n<li>Implementation of process around testing to ensure safe and efficient performance of all tests</li>\n<li>Design and capture all data requirements around testing</li>\n<li>Report generation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Management and Integrity</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and improve systems, processes, and policies to manage job, results, and service quality data</li>\n<li>Establish/maintain data standards, workflows, procedures, and inventory of operational data</li>\n<li>Ensure functionality, integrity, and accessibility of data management systems and solutions</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal and external specialists to analyze and interpret technical data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with all departments to share best practices and ensure alignment</li>\n<li>Support Sales and Marketing through validation/creation of case studies, job information forms, job programs, and technical papers</li>\n<li>Participate in business reviews on all applications, engineering and research proposals</li>\n<li>Provide technical oversight on sales tools and documents (e.g., competitor comparisons, revenue calculators, tool data sheets)</li>\n<li>Coordinate technical input for project execution with subject matter experts</li>\n<li>Validate production and equipment treatment data in Salesforce</li>\n<li>Participate and provide input in all R&amp;D/Engineering planning efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Quality, Innovation, and Industry Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead service quality initiatives, including root cause analysis and failure resolution</li>\n<li>Participate in R&amp;D direction through data analysis, SRED tracking, and tool/testing planning</li>\n<li>Create treatment programs, final treatment reports, and screen wells for candidate potential</li>\n<li>Contribute to technical communication through case studies, white papers, and SPE papers</li>\n<li>Proofread and edit technical documents and represent the company in alignment with its core values</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications &amp; Competencies (including Licenses/Certifications):</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5–7+ years of wireline industry experience</li>\n<li>A relevant degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institute, preferably in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience</li>\n<li>7+ years’ experience in engineering, applications engineering, or product development within oil and gas or energy services</li>\n<li>Advanced technical proficiency across multiple technology platforms (Office, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence tools) with proven expertise in report creation, modeling and trend forecasting</li>\n<li>Able to analyze and interpret geoscience, petrophysical, and production data and to present results, recommendations and/or best practices</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated interest in research and data analysis</li>\n<li>Highly collaborative workstyle combined with a capacity for problem solving and achieving results</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and influence across technical and non-technical teams<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Competencies: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Systems Mindset</li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking</li>\n<li>Decision Making</li>\n<li>Teamwork</li>\n<li>Communication</li>\n<li>Data Analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Living our Core Values: Inspiring Energetic Change:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WE/ME: </span><em>We act and make decisions for the benefit of the team, not for our own ego or advancement.
