Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will shape and drive a scalable compliance framework across our international business, while helping us meet the expectations of enterprise customers operating in highly regulated sectors, including banking and financial services.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will work closely with teams across Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and Go-to-Market, and play a central role in reinforcing trust with customers, partners, auditors, and other external stakeholders.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(195, 0, 20); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Lead our compliance strategy and governance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and evolve beqom’s global compliance framework across relevant jurisdictions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish and maintain policies, standards, controls, governance forums, and reporting routines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead compliance risk assessments and maintain the compliance risk register</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Put in place monitoring, testing, and issue-management processes to identify and address gaps</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide regular reporting to the COO/CFO and executive leadership on risks, incidents, trends, and remediation progress</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Drive privacy and regulatory compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee our approach to data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR and related obligations, in partnership with Legal and Security</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the company can demonstrate accountability through clear documentation, reporting, and governance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support regulatory-readiness activities and coordinate external inquiries where needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Partner with customers and commercial teams</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a senior compliance lead for customer due diligence, control reviews, audit requests, and regulated-sector questionnaires</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support strategic commercial opportunities by addressing compliance and assurance requirements from enterprise customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Sales, Solution Advisory, Security, and Legal to strengthen trust materials and compliance positioning</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Strengthen third-party risk and resilience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and oversee the compliance aspects of third-party risk management, including vendor assessments, subprocessors, outsourcing controls, and ongoing monitoring</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help ensure our control environment meets the expectations of customers in highly regulated industries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Security and Operations on incident governance, escalation, and remediation tracking</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Oversee controls, audits, and certifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the company’s readiness for external assurance frameworks and certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related control programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate internal and external audits and drive follow-through on findings and corrective actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the documentation and evidence required to support customer and audit assurance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, governance, privacy, or regulatory assurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in a B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, payments, or other technology environment serving regulated customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven success building or scaling a compliance function in an international company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of privacy, control frameworks, policy governance, audit coordination, and third-party risk management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting enterprise customer due diligence and audits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and excellent stakeholder management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
