You will help shape engineering standards, mentor future experts, and influence the technical direction of our solutions, with the opportunity to build a lasting technical legacy.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Own the full application design and engineering execution of power retrofit projects</li>\n  <li>Deliver high quality engineering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations for safety, quality, reliability, schedule, and performance</li>\n  <li>Provide strong technical leadership and direction to internal teams (local and global), customers, architect/engineering (A/E) firms, and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on system design, technical requirements, and project objectives</li>\n  <li>Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to strengthen technical capabilities, develop best practices, and mentor less experienced engineers across the organization</li>\n  <li>Lead Design Review Meetings, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and onsite system commissioning</li>\n  <li>Develop and track engineering plans and contribute to monthly project status reporting</li>\n  <li>Identify, recommend, and help implement improvements to engineering processes, tools, and products</li>\n  <li>Collaborate closely with project management, customers, and A/E firms to manage technical risks and resolve challenges</li>\n  <li>Support technical reviews, customer presentations, and proposal development as needed for strategic projects<br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n You anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions that go beyond expectations. You approach challenges with curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset, while supporting the growth and development of others.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience</li>\n  <li>9+ years of progressive engineering experience in the power generation industry</li>\n  <li>Strong experience designing, implementing, or commissioning control systems using Distributed Controls Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms</li>\n  <li>Willingness to be based in the Greater Pittsburgh area or relocate, with the ability to travel up to 20% within North America</li>\n  <li>Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.</li>\n  <li><strong>Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. </strong><i>This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
