Conduct structured new hire orientations and facilitate team introductions.</span></span></h2><ul style=\"padding-left: 24px;\"><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Provides ongoing</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> training and guidance to new and less experienced employees, ensuring adherence to best practices and established
