At our Residential center, we work with adult individuals with a history of chronic or acute substance abuse concerns, with or without co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Many of the individuals we work with also have current or previous involvement with the correctional system.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\"><em>\"We believe that every individual has the capacity to grow and contribute to society\"</em> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Therapeutic Community Facilitator (\"TCF\") staff play an integrated role in supporting the day‑to‑day functioning of the residential program by upholding the Therapeutic Community model, facilitating psycho‑educational and therapeutic groups, and supporting essential residential and logistical operations. This role combines Therapeutic Community coaching, group facilitation, and practical residential coordination, requiring staff to work relationally with all members of the Community. TCF staff provide real-time feedback to Residents, maintain program activity structure, accountability, and overall Therapeutic Community program flow.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Minimum one year of progressive experience in addictions or mental health; experience in concurrent disorders and trauma informed practice an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Previous experience in residential treatment an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Previous experience in correctional field an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); identify, mitigate and respond to crisis or behavioural challenges in alignment with TC program standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Transport residents to appointments and off‑site commitments when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Support medication administration and required documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Assist with planned and unplanned resident discharges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Participate in shift communication, staff briefings, supervision, program meetings and staff meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Support food, supplies, and resident resource coordination in collaboration with TCF team; completion of associated documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Assist with inventory oversight and safe handling of program supplies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Participate in light housekeeping and shared responsibility for community living spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Coordinate referrals to internal and external services, as appropriate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14pt\">Provide operational support in absence of the Operations Coordinator (i.e. vendor support, crisis response to physical plant emergencies)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
