Lead</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Collects, sorts, counts, wraps and distributes, as directed, of all coin or cash money from slot machines or other gaming revenue sources. &nbsp;To perform responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ol><li>Within the realm of responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment. &nbsp;Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which include use of safety equipment. &nbsp;Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.</li><li>Collects, sorts, counts, wraps and distributes, as directed, large sums of coin or cash money accurately and promptly from slot machines or other gaming revenue sources. &nbsp;Assures proper completion of all required paperwork.</li><li>Ensures that money transfers or re-impresses are performed as directed.</li><li>Sign or obtain proper authorization signatures for all transactions- including entering or exiting from secure areas, as required. &nbsp;Uses only approved forms and in compliance with company policy and gaming regulations, which includes Slot Summary Sheet, Count/Wrap Variance, Coin Vault Ledger, Transfer Sheets, Cash Transfers, Even Money Exchanges, and Hopper Summary Sheets.</li><li>Operation and maintenance of coin counting and wrapping machines, as directed.</li><li>Provides technical direction, training and guidance to drop Team Members, as directed.</li><li>Performs responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.</li><li>Develops and maintains effective working relationships and good customer service skills with all GUESTS and STAFF MEMBERS.</li><li>Maintains an alertness for the performance of all responsibilities, and a general awareness of casino operations at all times. &nbsp;Keeps supervisor informed of any concerns.</li><li>Complies with established security policies and procedures. &nbsp;Informs supervisor and/or Security Officer or Security Manager of any concerns.</li><li>Performs, when necessary, as a back up to Count Team lead/manager.</li><li>Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.</li></ol><ol start=\"13\" type=\"1\"><li>Attendance: reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong>Demonstrated experience receiving, securing, handling, counting and reconciling, and distributing large sums of money. &nbsp;Demonstrated experience working as a member of a team of employees engaged in the performance of a routine and physically demanding work activity. &nbsp;Demonstrated experience with bar code scanners and basic computer knowledge.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</strong> Graduation from High School. &nbsp;One (1) or more years of recent and related experience.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong>: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using pushing and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. &nbsp;Essential duties require lifting from 60 to 100 pounds: and pushing, with Count team members, a money cart weighing over 1500 pounds. &nbsp;Working any day of the week and any shift of the day. &nbsp;Essential duties also require frequent use of multiple keys.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong> Essential
