Duties Responsibilities: Supervises plant operating engineers and other assigned personnel, including timecard approval. Selects and requisitions replacement parts for equipment. Assists and trains in the proper operation of power plant electrical generating equipment; refrigeration equipment, pumps, compressors and other building mechanical equipment. Determines work required by other trades and sets up necessary work orders. Operates energy management systems, read and check gauges, meters and thermometers. Assists in formulating and carrying out a preventive maintenance program. Performs related duties as assigned. ",
