    "description": "<p>EPIC Health Partners is urgently hiring compassionate and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) to join our Mobile Crisis Program. This position plays a critical role in providing rapid crisis response, stabilization, and community‑based behavioral health support to individuals experiencing acute mental health needs. Services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role is well‑suited for both experienced professionals and individuals beginning their careers in behavioral health who are committed to recovery‑oriented care and timely crisis intervention.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services within the community.</li>\n<li>Support the completion of initial assessments and assist in the collaborative development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) under the direction of a licensed professional.</li>\n<li>Utilize de‑escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education to support individual stabilization.</li>\n<li>Accurately document all service notes and submit documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.</li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation, including required signatures, is uploaded in a timely manner and that all charts remain 100% compliant.</li>\n<li>Assist with care coordination through referrals and discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate internal and external behavioral health resources.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of program operations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services–related field</li>\n<li>DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification</li>\n<li>Minimum of six (6) months of experience providing crisis services</li>\n<li>Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Successful completion of background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span>:</p>\n<p>Benefits eligibility varies by position and employment status.
