    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description</span><span><br></span><span>The Senior Interior Designer leads and collaborates with design teams to develop creative and functional interior design solutions, from initial concept through to detailed documentation and project completion. </span></p>\n<p><span>This role involves space planning, material selection, FF&amp;E specification, BIM/CAD modeling, and coordination with other disciplines, ensuring projects meet client needs, design goals, regulatory requirements, and sustainability principles. </span></p>\n<p><span>T</span><span>he Senior Interior Designer is committed to design excellence, mentoring junior team members, and effectively utilizing technology, including AI tools where appropriate.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture (if applicable)</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design.</span></li>\n<li><span>Relevant leadership/management experience preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\"> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to lead design tasks and small project teams effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to use BIM and REVIT (expert level).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and to mentor junior designers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Adaptability and willingness to integrate new technologies, including AI, into design workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Capabilities to use AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), excellent and interpersonal.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong design talent and a portfolio demonstrating creative, practical, and technically proficient solutions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong understanding of project budgets and timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Advanced Knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Commitment to environmental sustainability and knowledge of sustainable design practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Good/Excellent written and spoken English .</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Google Workspace proficiency.</span><br></li>\n</ul>",
