font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate on RFP Development by crafting compelling spatial proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Translate creative briefs into actionable, fabrication-ready spatial designs, including floorplans and elevations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop design concepts and related visuals through concept sketching and floor plan development, elevation drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, etc</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create consumer flow charts highlighting event and guest flow throughout developed spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage fabrication and print vendor relations, handling troubleshooting and negotiations as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Review all material sample finishes and QC creative execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create decor + graphics packages for live programs, including sourcing event elements and mapping out suggested signage placement/materials/sizing</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
