For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team </li>\n <li>Lead the development of the total project estimate </li>\n <li>Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team </li>\n <li>Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines   </li>\n <li>Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment </li>\n <li>Have deep experience and knowledge in MEP estimating (Mechnical, Electric, Plumbing)</li>\n <li>Preference for pharma/ life sciences or similar mission critical projects. </li>\n <li>Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline </li>\n <li>Are RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it.
