This position involves providing direct patient care, including wound management, pain control, and performing venipuncture, ensuring that residents receive compassionate and effective treatment. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans, promoting understanding and adherence to medical advice. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, is essential to document patient progress accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
