      "content": "\n<li>8+ years of technical recruiting experience</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing technical recruiting team&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in a fast-growth, dynamic environment and managing multiple pipelines/priorities</li>\n<li>Full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience closing tough candidates, managing demanding clients and developing key internal partnerships</li>\n<li>A good eye for talent with the ability to efficiently assess and teach others how</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and confidence to be in front of internal and external leaders</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to last-minute change</li>\n"
