Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:&nbsp;</strong>$18-$21 per hour depending on education and experience.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Shift available:</strong> Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm with an on-call rotation.</p><p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong><br>Completion of at least 10<sup>th</sup> grade required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited high school preferred.</p><p><strong>Licensure/Certification:</strong><br>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and auto insurance.</p><p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;<br>One-three months related experience and/or training.</p><p><strong>The</strong> <strong>Maintenance Technician&nbsp;</strong>for Camber Mental Health (CMH) is responsible for building maintenance, repair, and support in the following areas: vehicle maintenance and repair, custodial work, yard maintenance, and snow removal. This person works directly with the Facility Manager on various project management tasks. There may be some record-keeping related to the duties performed.</p><p>This position works directly with various departments to complete needed maintenance and repairs. &nbsp;</p><p>External contracts may include, outside contractors, suppliers, and inspectors as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>Tasks are performed under the guidance of the Facility Manager for Camber. Work performance is reviewed through informal supervision, formal supervision, reports, and evaluations.
