Led by Dr. Shaker Hamadiya, a board-certified physician in Family Medicine, and Nicole Guerra, APRN, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-driven care in a welcoming and professional environment.</p>\n<p>We offer a wide range of minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PRF EZ Gel, and IV therapy. In addition, our in-house esthetician provides advanced skincare services such as Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and microneedling. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative culture where both patients and team members feel valued.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dual-specialty environment and is comfortable supporting both primary care and aesthetic services.<br><br></p>\n<p>The Medical Assistant will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, assisting providers with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position (32–35 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 90 days.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform blood draws (phlebotomy required) and manage lab requisitions</li>\n<li>Coordinate specimen handling and daily pickups with Quest Diagnostics</li>\n<li>Assist providers during both primary care and aesthetic procedures</li>\n<li>Perform EKGs, spirometry, ear lavages, and other in-office procedures</li>\n<li>Prepare and mix products for treatments, including Sculptra</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms</li>\n<li>Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Care &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Room patients and complete intake, ensuring all forms, consents, and documentation are accurate</li>\n<li>Conduct follow-up calls to review treatment plans and support ongoing care</li>\n<li>Create and maintain detailed treatment plans and patient histories in the EMR (Zenoti)</li>\n<li>Deliver a high level of customer service to both primary care and aesthetic patients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars</li>\n<li>Verify insurance and accurately input patient information</li>\n<li>Answer phones and assist with front office coordination</li>\n<li>Review upcoming schedules to ensure proper preparation for patient visits</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely charting, ensuring charts are closed daily</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certified Medical Assistant (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience with lab requisitions and Quest Diagnostics coordination (required)</span></li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures</li>\n<li>Experience with EMR systems (Zenoti preferred) and Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Strong multitasking ability across both clinical and administrative functions</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Experience in aesthetics or injectables is a plus, but not required</li>\n<li>BLS Certification preferred</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Schedule &amp; Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part-time (32–35 hours per week)</li>\n<li>Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>\n<li>In-person role (West Palm Beach, FL)</li>\n<li>Opportunity for full-time conversion after 90 days</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Why Join Us</span></p>\n<p>At Body and Beauty Lab we are building a team of motivated, reliable professionals who are passionate about patient care and growth.
