You will be responsible for management and oversight for varied phases of the construction project.<br />Responsibilities:<br />•    Ensure that the project is administered at the highest level of compliance with company policies and procedures<br />•    Solicit vendors for pricing; recommend contract awards<br />•    Assemble and prepare complete and well though-out estimates; perform quantity takeoffs and vid evaluations<br />•    Prepare accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders<br />•    Chase and review subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents<br />•    Accurately forecast and track costs in cost reporting system; instructs and oversees monthly pay application process<br /></p>",
