    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Your day to day</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Execute the AMER FF&amp;E procurement category strategy, leading U.S. execution and partnering with colleagues to support delivery in Canada and Latin America.</li><li>Manage supplier contracts, including administration, compliance monitoring, and renewal processes, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and business objectives.</li><li>Lead day-to-day sourcing activities, including supporting RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to drive cost savings, value, and supply continuity.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong supplier relationship management practices, including monitoring KPIs, conducting business reviews, and ensuring adherence to responsible and sustainable sourcing standards.</li><li>Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and category performance improvement, providing actionable insights to senior procurement leadership.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Brand, Design, and other internal stakeholders to advance FF&amp;E initiatives while ensuring owner perspectives remain central to decision-making.</li><li>Partner with FF&amp;E peers and the broader Americas Procurement team to promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement team, supporting timely delivery of projects and contracts.</li><li>Manage a complex supplier base and category spend, ensuring effective demand management and supplier engagement.</li><li>Provide commercial insight and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we need from you</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or related field.</li><li>Typically 5+ years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply a data-driven mindset to support sound business decisions, with comfort navigating imperfect or incomplete data.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to identify transformational opportunities, build cross-functional support, and drive execution that delivers meaningful business impact.</li><li>Proven experience managing supplier contracts and complex supplier relationships.</li><li>Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Solid understanding of FF&amp;E cost drivers, supplier markets, and category trends in the Americas</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of collaborating across teams and preparing clear reports and presentations.</li><li>Proficiency with procurement tools, analytics platforms, or digital sourcing solutions preferred.</li><li>Awareness of supplier diversity, sustainability, and responsible sourcing principles is a plus.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel - up to 15%</strong></p><p><strong>Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office and two (2) days working from home. &nbsp;This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.</strong></p><p><strong>The salary range for this role is $ 95,000 to $130,000. &nbsp;This role is also eligible for bonus pay. &nbsp;We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.</strong></p><p>#LI-SM1</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
