Join us on our mission to deliver the very best of outdoor living.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Role Description:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Showroom Sales Associate will engage with an elite and diverse clientele our newest Backyard Design Center to drive outdoor living sales. Duties include providing exceptional, personalized service while discovering innovative solutions to enhance business success by partnering with builders, designers, and homeowners. This role involves curating an exclusive selection of high-end products including outdoor kitchen equipment and appliances, gas grills, and other items including furniture to enhance and upscale outdoor living spaces.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a variety of products, including gas grills and outdoor kitchen equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling customer concerns timely and accurately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare customer quotes and proactively follow-up on those quotes until closed, won or resolved.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, returns, and delivery information.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effectively communicate with all applicable company personnel to ensure processes and results are understood from the order to the delivery and beyond.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update merchandise displays and in-store signage in keeping with current promotions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain cleanliness and physical appearance of both indoor and outdoor showrooms daily.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensuring store opening and closing duties are complete.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effectively operate BBQGuys Order Control systems and other internal systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform roles outside of daily tasks for special events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete any tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Have:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
