    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position:</span> Financial Controller (FC)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work Location:</span> Clark Global City, Pampanga, PHILIPPINES</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Relocation Package:</span> Work Visa, Flight Expense, and Accommodation</p>\n<p><span>*Note: Mandatory to attach the Cover Letter along with your updated CV to apply for this role*</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Overview:</span></p>\n<p>The Financial Controller shall oversee TRT Financial &amp; Operations department</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Deliverables:</span></p>\n<p>The Financial Controller is responsible for producing the following deliverables:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Maintain positive revenue and financial growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Promote regulatory compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Ensure accuracy across financial information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Execute and review TRT's financial performance and direct our accounting operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Supervising the collections, payable and corporate accounting teams as well as the value chain and IT teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Formulate sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support TRT’s strategy for 2020 and beyond</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Streamline TRT’s accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation and OPEX minimization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Evaluating and managing risk</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ensuring compliance with regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Overseeing accounting operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue and internal controls</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Coordinating auditing processes and ensuring accuracy of financial information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Preparing financial analysis and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Publishing of financial statements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Analyzing financial data and expenditure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Overseeing and preparing income statements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Participating in budgeting processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Managing financial transactions and accounting records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Streamlining accounting functions and operations </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Developing plans for financial growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Coordinating audit processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Train staff on business finance issues</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills/Capabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">5+ Years Proven experience in Finance management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proven track record in leading the financial operations of a global/regional company or a regional/global business unit within a larger multinational</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong in strategic planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Exceptional numerical proficiency to maintain a positive revenue and financial growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Good communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Exceptional leadership qualities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Excellent interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Auditing experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Compliance oriented and highly organized</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proficiency in accounting software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong analytical skills and systemic thinker to plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Exceptional problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Results-driven and professional focused</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Resilient</span></li>\n</ul>",
