          "text": "<p>Hello<br />We have an Immediate opening for Portal Configuration Lead role in  Jefferson City, MO.<br /><br /><b>Position:  Portal Configuration Lead<br />Location: Jefferson City, MO<br />Duration: 1+ Year</b><br /><br />Note: We are looking for candidates who have developed skins and added theme in portal server admin and configuration mode. Most likely someone with portlet development experience.<br /><b><br />Job Description:</b><br /><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES: </b><br />• Bachelors&apos; degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or a related field<br />• Immediate authorization to work in the US <br />• 5+ years relevant experience <br />• Familiarity with WebSphere Content Manager (WCM)<br />• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (i.e. SQL, JAVA, C#, ASP.NET, XML) <br />• Knowledge of standard development techniques (OOD, SDLC) <br />• Strong analytical problem solving skills <br />• Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions<br />• Excellent verbal and written communication skills <br />• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality <br />• Professional business demeanor <br />• Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients <br /></p>",
