    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Visual Merchandiser Support (Part-Time Contract) - TORONTO</strong></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><u>The Team:</u></span></p><p><span>The Visual Merchandising team supports the Hermès of Paris Canada network by enhancing the in-store client experience through targeted and strategic display of merchandise collections, while also optimizing sales.&nbsp; Additionally, the Visual Merchandising team are partners in Retail, Client Experience, and Communications driven activities, lending their expertise to elevate and evolve the brand identity.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><u>The Opportunity:</u></span></p><p><span>As the Visual Merchandiser, <strong>Toronto</strong>, you will be responsible for the quality and consistency of visual merchandising at the <strong>Toronto </strong>boutique. This position requires creative in-store merchandising and an ability to merge commercial and aesthetic concerns through the improvement of in-store appearance; interpreting Group guidelines to enhance the store atmosphere, the client experience, and business goals.&nbsp; The Visual Merchandiser will be an important business partner to the store management team and will need to demonstrate agility and excellent communication in day-to-day tasks and projects.</span></p><p><span><u>About the Role:</u></span></p><ul><li><span>Maintain and elevate visual displays across sales floor.</span></li><li><span>Partner with store team, Store Directors, Visual Merchandising Manager, to address sales challenges and formulate strategies, leveraging visual display to action them.</span></li><li><span>Support selling events and animations through VM guidance and implementation.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Educate store team and métier specialists on VM standards and seasonal métier guidelines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Aid in the replenishment of items sold from displays.</span></li><li><span>Provide regular, qualitative feedback and images to Visual Merchandising Manager.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>All other duties assigned by Store Director and Visual Merchandising Manager.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><u>About You:&nbsp;</u></span></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>A leader with the ability to clearly communicate objectives.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Ability to interpret guidelines and adapt them in a manner consistent with Group standards.</span></li><li><span>High level of attention to detail.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.</span></li><li><span>Strategic agility, able to change direction quickly as needed.</span></li><li><span>Excellent organizational and follow up skills.</span></li><li><span>A conceptual and innovative thinker.</span></li><li><span>Strong interpersonal skills to foster local and cross-functional relationships.</span></li><li><span>Strong time management skills.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>VACANCY STATUS:&nbsp;</strong>This position is for an existing vacancy.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in;\"><strong>Compensation: </strong>The range for this position is $25&nbsp;to $30&nbsp;per hour.
