We value accuracy, professionalism, collaboration, and providing great support throughout the onboarding journey.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Overview</strong>:</p><p>We’re&#xa0;seeking a detail-oriented Driver Qualifications Processor to help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently and in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company requirements. In this role,&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;partner closely with recruiters, vendors, and driver candidates to review qualifications, collect required documentation, and keep onboarding on track.&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating by phone and email. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting people through a process, and&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;accuracy in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities in this role include and are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with recruiters to pre-screen driver applicants and&#xa0;determine&#xa0;initial eligibility.&#xa0;</li><li>Review candidate work history, safety records, and overall job fit through phone and electronic communication.&#xa0;</li><li>Apply&#xa0;company, FMCSA, and DOT requirements to qualify candidates accurately and consistently.&#xa0;</li><li>Collect and verify required documentation to support a smooth application and onboarding process.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements for&#xa0;new drivers&#xa0;attending centralized training&#xa0;and orientation.&#xa0;</li><li>Support final onboarding by confirming receipt of required DOT and company documents.&#xa0;</li><li>Track completion of post-offer requirements such as DOT medical exams,&#xa0;drug&#xa0;screens&#xa0;and&#xa0;follow up with vendors as needed.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;driver files and escalate concerns, including non-negative pre-employment drug screen results, for prompt review.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide professional, courteous service to candidates and internal and external partners throughout the process.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
