Equipment operators must take care of their equipment on a daily basis, this includes: equipment walk arounds, reporting of maintenance needed, greasing, maintaining all fluids, fueling, and cleaning the equipment. Operators are not just limited to seat time, operators will be required to help out the crew in other aspects as needed. This includes but is not limited to pumping, working with hand tools, helping with measurements/shooting grade, and occasional labor. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #595959\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #595959\">REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: gray\">Core Duties / Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Operate equipment in a safe and productive manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Coordination with foreman and site superintendent on daily tasks and production goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Safety of all site personnel; operators must be aware of their surroundings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Treating equipment with care and avoiding damage to equipment as well as damage to existing conditions and new </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">site improvements. </span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Daily sketch tickets and being aware of existing utilities both underground and overhead.</span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Working around existing utilities in a safe manner. </span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Safely working with other equipment operators on project specific tasks. </span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Equipment care and maintenance, daily equipment walkarounds and coordinating any maintenance with foreman or superintendent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Must understand and utilize lockout tagout procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Must wear PPE and always maintain wearing PPE (Hardhat, safety glasses, vest, closed toe boots) when exiting <span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">machinery.</span></span><span style=\"color: gray\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">Unloading material deliveries in a safe manner without damaging the material delivered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">Proper rigging techniques and rigging inspection – If new rigging is needed, notify foreman &amp; superintendent immediately and remove faulty rigging from project.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">Use of trench boxes and understanding trench safety. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">Majority of time will be spent in operating equipment; however, you will be required to assist ground crews with physically demanding tasks as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: gray\">Education / Experience/Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080\">Valid Driver License - this position may be required to drive on company time </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">High school diploma or GED preferred.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating either a loader or excavator </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: gray\">Experience using trench safety &amp;
