          "text": "<p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an Associate Veterinarian with an avian and exotic focus, you’ll practice at the top of your license across a rich variety of species. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team that includes our Customer Experience Team (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—all trained to support multi-species care at a high level.</p><p>You’ll have the mentorship of experienced colleagues, the backing of a Medical Director, and access to our specialist network—including a boarded surgeon, cardiologist, and two traveling internists. You won’t be out on a limb.
