We offer competitive wages, a great benefit package plus the ability to grow and learn new things!</strong></em></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Under the direction of the Manager of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Technician performs quality assurance reviews and uniformity testing on industrial ovens.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Read technical drawings, reports, and work instructions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to troubleshoot wiring using multimeters and amp probes. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct uniformity testing on industrial ovens.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform electrical troubleshooting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform gas, water, and air troubleshooting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform Program Logic Control (PLC), operator interface, communication, and frequency drive programming and debugging.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform quality assurance review of assembled industrial ovens.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Enter and manipulate data on a personal computer using MS Office software.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Develop working relationships with other departments to address and resolve issues.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participate in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems, and to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proficiency with particle counts and the ability to recommend improvements and modifications to products is desirable.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be a self-starter and able to troubleshoot without constant supervision and be willing to work overtime on an as-needed basis to maintain production deadlines.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or equivalent; three to five years of related experience desired</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of temperature control systems, start-up, and debugging processes</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Experience with Program Logic Controls (PLC), operator interface, communications, and frequency programming and debugging experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Lean Manufacturing Experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Epicor or ERP system knowledge</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">MS Office Software/Google Suite</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Electrical certificate or training, especially working with both low and high-voltage power is desired.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prior Forklift Certification</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">If you aren&#39;t familiar with us, Wisconsin Oven Corporation is located in East Troy, Wisconsin.
