The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of groups, presenting PowerPoint training materials, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.<br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions</li><li>Present training materials using PowerPoint and other visual aids</li><li>Train employees on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards</li><li>Partner with Production, Safety and Quality teams to support workforce training needs</li><li>Assist with tracking employee training records and attendance</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and hands-on training</li><li>Observe employees on the production floor to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Help ensure employees understand and follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements</li><li>Observe employees on the production floor and provide guidance as needed</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional training environment</li><li>Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new and existing employees to close skill gaps. </li><li>Assist with updating training documents, presentations, and procedures</li></ul><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Bilingual in English Spanish required </li><li>Strong verbal communication and presentation skills</li><li>Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting classroom-style training</li><li>Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Production and Quality</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or training experience preferred</li><li>High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus</li></ul><b>Preferred Skills</b><ul><li>Ability to engage and motivate employees during training sessions</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to adapt communication style to different learning levels</li></ul><b>Work Environment</b><ul><li>Manufacturing/production facility environment</li><li>Combination of classroom training and production floor interaction</li><li>Standing, walking, and speaking for extended periods may be required</li><li>Entry level, pay range- $16-$18/hr</li></ul>",
