This role partners closely with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure systems are operating efficiently, supporting operational needs, and enhancing both the member and employee experience.</span></p><p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"765\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The Business Systems Analyst will support application administration, troubleshoot system issues, assist with upgrades and integrations, analyze business processes, and help identify technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery. This role also supports cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, audit readiness, and ongoing system maintenance.</span></p><p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"1357\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>&bull; Support and administer core banking and related business applications<br data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"866\">&bull; Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams<br data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"962\">&bull; Maintain system configurations, user access, documentation, and workflows<br data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1041\">&bull; Partner with business units to identify process improvements and system enhancements<br data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1131\">&bull; Assist with system upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementation support<br data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1215\">&bull; Support disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity initiatives, and audit activities<br data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1304\">&bull; Participate in on-call support rotation as needed</span></p><p data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1927\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>&bull; Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience<br data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1494\">&bull; 3&ndash;5 years of experience supporting core banking systems or enterprise business applications<br data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1591\">&bull; Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills<br data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1658\">&bull; Experience with system configuration, integrations, and user administration<br data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1739\">&bull; Familiarity with financial institution systems and regulatory requirements preferred<br data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1829\">&bull; Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">RFCU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing potential, flexible health and dependent care plans, and life, AD&amp;D, and LTD insurance.
