          "text": "<p>The <strong>Foundation Applications Engineer</strong> is a consultative engineering role supporting customers by providing technical guidance, developing takeoffs and material quotes, and identifying value engineering opportunities for helical pile and anchor applications on a wide range of foundation projects. This person will work directly with both contractors and design engineers to translate geotechnical data and construction realities into practical, buildable solutions.</p><p>This position is ideal for an engineer with strong foundation or soils experience and who excels at problem solving, relationship building, and thinking beyond rigid design boundaries.</p><p>Key responsibilities of the <strong>Foundation Applications Engineer</strong> include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Provide engineering support and technical guidance to engineers and contractors</li><li>Perform take-offs and material quotes for contractors</li><li>Track and follow up on projects</li><li>Cultivate engagement with the engineering community through involvement in groups and technical committees</li><li>Collaborate with sales to proactively identify value engineering opportunities where helical piles/anchors are a viable alternative</li><li>Prepare material submittal packages for customers</li><li>Identify and follow up with potential customers visiting the website</li><li>Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations</li><li>Engage in continuous learning to become an internal and external subject matter expert<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul>",
