If you&rsquo;re motivated to be trained in first responder cultural competency, respond to crises, and deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy, you&rsquo;ll find your purpose here.&nbsp;</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Do</p><p>&nbsp;● Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to first responders and their dependents.</p><p>&nbsp;● Deliver crisis response and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services following traumatic events.</p><p>&nbsp;● Collaborate with a seasoned clinical and CISM team to uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.&nbsp;</p><p>● May be selected to assist in the training development to deliver psychoeducational presentations to departments.&nbsp;</p><p>Who You Are</p><p>&nbsp;● Registered with the California BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.&nbsp;</p><p>● Pro-law enforcement and pro-first responder &mdash; you see their work as vital to community safety and wellbeing.</p><p>&nbsp;● Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with confidence and composure.&nbsp;</p><p>● Driven, collaborative, and mission-focused &mdash; a clinician with a can-do attitude and a servant-leadership mindset.</p><p>&nbsp;● Eager to learn through specialized training in first responder culture and crisis intervention.&nbsp;</p><p>Onboarding &mdash; Built for Success&nbsp;</p><p>New associates begin with a measured onboarding period designed to build clinical confidence, ensure cultural competence, and confirm long-term fit.
